Missing Points? We're Here to Help!

Hey everyone,
I know how frustrating it is when you finish a survey and your points just... don't show up. Trust me, we get it - and we're here to help sort this out as quickly as we can!
To track down your missing points, we'll need a few details from you, including the reference number for that specific survey. Now, I've noticed some of you asking, "Wait, where do I even find that?" Great question! The answer is your Points History section — that's where everything lives. Every survey you've completed (yes, even the ones you opened for two seconds and closed) gets recorded there.

Step 1: Check Your Attempted Surveys

Pop over to your Survey Centre and scroll down to the bottom left. You'll see two lists there:
  • Points Received - completed surveys and any small thank-you points for screened-out ones
  • Not Completed - surveys you started but didn't quite finish
A quick scan through these can usually help you pinpoint which survey you're thinking of.

Step 2: Finding Your Survey

Here's something handy: each time you click on a survey, it jumps to the top of your attempted surveys list. Got screened out? No worries - you might've still picked up a few points for your time, and those will show under "Points Received."

Step 3: Still Can't Find the Reference Number?

Totally fine! Just send us whatever details you can remember - maybe the colour of the survey button, roughly when you took it, or even better, a screenshot of the survey page.
If you can grab a screenshot, make sure it shows the URL, time, and date. That's gold for us because it helps us hunt down the exact survey in our system. The more info you share, the faster we can investigate and get those points credited to your account.
