5 points for never planning to move again. My husband, daughter, myself, five cats & two dogs moved 300 miles from home ten years ago. We would drive down once a month to haul stuff, then the day we moved in, he drove a UHaul with the cats, pulling our car. I drove the pickup with my daughter & two dogs, loaded with plants & flowers. This was after giving away & donating a lot of books, stuff we didn't want to haul.

1 point for Whatever looks good and is cheapest. I bought a pair of Adidas at Aldi for $45.00. I'd like a pair of RM Williams Boots but they are now $850.00 a pair, I should have bought them years ago when they were about $600.00. They do last for many years though and you can get them re-soled and re-heeled.

I did for a few years, but I totally and successfully quit this year, so have been totally vape-free for almost 4 months now. Apparently it's even harder than smoking to quit! I'm very chuffed to be able to say "I don't vape" again. I'm otherwise very proactive health-wise, so it didn't even make sense for me. I've never smoked cigarettes, but I consciously (and foolishly) picked up vaping as coping mechanism; for reliable, easy, dopamine-providing stress-relief (ie never to look cool or peer pressure or accidentally getting addicted). I've since worked hard to develop better coping strategies for my dopamine-starved ADHD brain. I will never judge smokers/vapers, because I know why exactly why they do it, why they continue to, and how hard it is to stop both - addiction-wise AND coping-mechanism-wise. But I'm still really proud to be able to see smokers/vapers in the street, and no longer identify with them. It's not the first time I've beat addiction either, but I strongly believe it will be my last (in a good way haha). If I can, anyone can.

The current laws around free speech are fine. What is lacking is the authoritative spine to enforce them.

Doesn't really matter when you do or don't eat, the health benefits from fasting come from calorie restriction/reduction.

I was surprised, no, shocked to see that the majority think schools should supply free lunches to every student! They are Schools for learning, not Babysitters who feed everyone! ;-(
Also, I've seen firsthand how much the kids waste at school. I watched one young man throw in a garbage can a beautifully made submarine sandwich just because he didn't "like it". ;-(
