There's a kind of technique to build that is call eco building, and like the name indicates, it means you can make your constructions eco.
If you build in determinate direction, your building will be warmer in winter and more fresh in summer. Plus, if you plant some plants around the walls of the building they will absorb the heat from summer and stop the wind, plus increase the wellbeing of the employees.
There are a lot of things that eco buildings can achieve, why do you think there's no many eco buildings around the world? Do you think climate change is an exaggeration? Do you think it's a real problem and we should build more of those constructions?
