Bad Habits

How many of you have a "Bad Habit" you would like to get rid of. I used to be a smoker & after many attempts, finally succeeded in stopping. How would you go about breaking a habit? I tried it all. Books, hypnosis, cold turkey! I think, for one, you need to be ready. Do you think people are born with "addictive habits?" Why do some of us smoke, drink etc & to others it is irrelevant? Have you tried & succeeded in breaking a bad habit?
