Have you ever done an escape room? There are different types to choose from. Each story is different, but all involve solving puzzles and finding the things you need to escape. Some stories are darker than others and there is of course a time limit.
I did one with my sister and my niece.
In our story, we were locked in a cabin in the woods by a murderer, who was on his way back to finish us off. We were each handcuffed before we went in and there was just one small, very dim flashlight on a table in the centre of the room. Finding the keys to the handcuffs was easy. Everything after that was not. Needless to say we did not make it out in time. I fear the three of us are buried in the woods behind that cabin!
Still it was great fun and very challenging. Makes you think out of the box. I would definitely do it again.
I have never done a murder mystery dinner, but would love to do that too.
