| Chia Oats Milk Bowl with Fruits | ||
Ingredients: 1 cup milk (dairy or almond/oat milk) 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 3 tbsp rolled oats Green grapes 2 3 chopped dates,nuts Method: 1. Soak chia seeds in milk for at least 30 minutes or overnight. 2. Add soaked oats and mix well. 3. Add chopped dates, grapes, and nuts. 4. Stir and enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Good for health, high in protein and makes yo gut healthy and filling. | ||
